All of our products are made in Buffalo, NY.
HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING?
Production is typically 7 to 10 business day depending on the order. Shipping is typically 2-7 business days.

CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE US?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address needs to be changed or modified. Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes.

We do not accept returns or cancellations because every item is made to order.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will email the tracking number with the eta.
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT’S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT
Once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Steel Crazy iron Art is not responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your missing package.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY AND MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED/BEEN DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
Steel Crazy does not accept responsibility for any package not delivered or delivered to the
incorrect address once shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately.
If your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges will be due prior to the order being re-shipped.
